Strauss Bladder Drops
Strauss Bladder Drops traditional ingredients to help relieve the symptoms of urinary infections. Several of these (including birch leaf, corn silk stigma, juniper fruit, and linden flower) are recognized as diuretics, used to increase the flow; at least two (Goldenseal root and Uva Ursi leaf) have anti-bacterial properties.
Some components (Bilberry leaf, Juniper, Uva Ursi, and White Willow bark) are used to reduce inflammation and swelling; some (Nettle Leaf, Saw Palmetto and White willow bark) are there to help reduce the swelling in the prostate gland in particular; some to neutralize the acidity level of the urine to reduce the concentration of the uric acid which contributes to stones; and others to also help tonify and strengthen the tissues and muscles in the urinary tract such as the sphincter.

Bilberry leaf (Vaccinium myrtillus): 201 mg
Uva ursi leaf (Arctostaphylos uva – ursi): 132.8 mg
Juniper fruit (Juniperus communis): 91.3 mg
Saw Palmetto fruit (Serenoa repens): 91.3 mg
White willow bark (Salix alba): 45.6 mg
Linden flower (Tilia x europaea): 45.6 mg
Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica): 45.6 mg
Corn silk stigma (Zea mays): 45.6 mg
Goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis): 32.6 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Water, ethanol, glycerine, natural spearmint flavour.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: Take 1 ml orally, three times daily. Do not take with highly acidic foods (e.g. citrus fruits and juice) or medications which may acidify urine. Take a few hours before or after any medication or natural health product.
Avoid taking with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties.
Shake bottle well before use. Store away from children, in original container, out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
Warnings:
Do not take Strauss Bladder Drops if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates; or if you have diabetes, or a kidney or liver disorder, or heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or edema; or if you are taking products containing diuretics.

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have asthma or peptic ulcer disease; or if you have fever, painful urination, spasms, or blood in the urine; or if you are taking anticoagulants or products containing acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates.
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen after usage.
Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, heartburn or diarrhea, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing.
