Store Credits/ Gift cards are issued for any returns on unopened products within 7 days with the proof of purchase.
No returns on prescriptions, custom herbal tinctures, bulk dried herbs, homeopathics.
How do I start a refund or return?
NOTE: You can report a lost order or a missing, wrong, damaged, or expired item by completing a refund or replacement request. Returns must comply with our return policy. Once you submit the return request, please allow 2-3 days for our trained agent to review and respond to the request.
