Advice to use
Infants (0–1 year): Mix 1 scoop (500 mg) per day into cool or warm water, juice, milk, or other liquid immediately before use. Do not mix with hot liquid or food.
Adults, adolescents, and children over 1 year old: Mix 2 scoops (1 g) per day into cool or warm water, juice, milk or other liquid immediately before use. May be repeated up to 3 times per day. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2–3 hours before or after.
No refrigeration required. Store in a cool, dry place.
