RealEasy helps to curb the appetite for weight control. There is no, "magic pill," but RealEasy is a factor along with what we eat and how much we eat.

In the Spring of 2022, I was at 193 lbs.and got down to 170 lbs by August and have maintained that weight.

I intend to continue with RealEasy to stay at 170 lbs.
