It looks like it has been helping me improve my NAFLD -- according to my recent ultrasound. So I'm very happy to continue this product to keep the fatty liver from returning and, yes, it also takes some dietary adjustments.

Great product!
I really like this supplement because it is easy to digest and I dont have nasty fish burps. So, finally I found a fish oil supplement that works for me.
