I have no scientific proof but I am taking BroccoGen10 for about two years and for the last six month my AS has improved substantially. Either the chronic inflammation is going away on its own (which I doubt) or (my suspicion) the stuff actually works. Since AS is an auto immune disease, you will have to take it for a long time before you will see any results.
