I cannot recommend this product due to the difficult size and shape of the gel capsule. I have been taking fish oil and other larger supplements my entire life and this is the first time I’ve regularly choked on a capsule. It’s very round and large, perfect choking size. I’m sure I’m getting the health benefits of taking the product daily however I recommend you take a pill that is less uncomfortable to swallow.
