    Fermented apple cider vinegar

    I dissolve 2 capsules of fermented apple cider vinegar in 1 cup of boiling water with 1 teaspoon of honey and drink it first thing every morning. It completely soothes my arthritis in my thumb and feet. I immediately feel the difference if I skip a day.
