I can take this on an empty stomach before bed with no irritation and it really helps me sleep, recover from exercise, and it was a key factor in bringing my cortisol levels down (guided by a naturopath). This is an amazing product - I'm very sad they discontinued the larger size and hope this one keeps being made forever!

I like that this product is pure magnesium bisglycinate. It works for me.
