Recommended Use

As part of a healthy diet, may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis. Helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorous, and to support and maintain the immune system.
Directions
Adults - Take two (2) softgels two (2) times per day with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
