I’ve had mild to medium tendinitis in my rotator cuff & neck over the last 16 months. I’ve done physio, massage therapy & acupuncture with little success at eliminating the daily pain I have. I’ve take Tylenol for inflammation & icing & heat with only brief relief. The magnesium gel has actually given me more relief than all other self medication. I’ve applied at night & have had a better nights sleep. And resting is healing. It’s a good start.
