Recommended Dose
Mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) with 250 ml of juice, water or your favourite beverage. Loading phase: Take 1 serving 4 times daily for 5 days on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 1 serving per dose. Maintenance phase: Take 1 serving daily on an empty stomach. Take separately from products containing caffeine (e.g. coffee, cola, etc.). For best results, take immediately before your exercise regime.
Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May result in weight gain.
This product does not contain any artificial preservatives, colour, sweeteners. No ingredients from animal source or shellfish, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, wheat, gluten or yeast.
