Medicinal Ingredients: Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea purpurea) (root) 300 mg, Ginger (Zingiber officinale) (rhizome) 135 mg, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) (root) 60 mg, Lungwort (Pulmonaria officinalis) (leaf) 60 mg, Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) (leaf) 225 mg, Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) (leaf) 102 mg, Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) (leaf) 366 mg, Bitter fennel (Foeniculum vulgare subsp. vulgare var. vulgare) (seed) 105 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Lemon flavour, lemon peel dried, mint flavour.
Suggested Use: Adults: Drink 1 cup of tea, three (3) times a day. Use 1 tea bag per cup. Pour 250 ml (1 cup) boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 15 minutes. Take at the first sign of infection.
Duration of Use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.

Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Do not use this product if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder.
Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience gastroesophageal reflux.
