For any cramping or pain of any kind in my legs this stuff works like a charm. Within 15 minutes the pain is gone. I use it only as needed. Sometimes I take two packets at once, with cold water. Just stir it and drink.
Another product I just bought was CanPrev Healthy Lungs! I was coughing non stop (not covid) with a lot of phlegm. I take 3 per day with food! After 3 days the cough and the phlegm was a lot better. Now after six days I feel a lot better. I wanted a cough syrup but the gentleman working there told me these pills are better than any cough syrup. He was right!
