It's a quality product.

I've been using the Silica Gel regularly for at least a couple of years, primarily on recommendation from a friend. Definitely a good choice because I've noticed that my fingernails, hair, and complexion have vastly improved over time.

After regularly taking this product I've noticed that my nails are stronger, my joints don't ache, and my thinning hair has been filled back in. Kind of amazing, but regular use for about six months was required.
