I've been using this Silicea Gel for quite a long time. The best thing that has happened is that I've stopped biting my nails and they are now strong enough to actually need trimming quite often. I think my complexion has also benefited from the Gel as well. And I love that it doesn't have any odd or unusual taste.

I started using Hubner Silicea Colloidal Gel on and off since I was 24 (I'm 38 now), and I feel like it has made a huge impact on my hair and skin. I constantly get comments about how I don't look my age at all, and my hair is long and thick. It does to take time, so be patient if you do decide to try it out. It's worth it.
