Recommended Use:
Used in herbal medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints such as catarrhs, coughs, and bronchitis.
Recommended Dose:
Adults 2-4ml 3 times per day

This product contains 38% of ethanol (alcohol), ie up to 1.52ml per dose, which is equivalent to 30.4ml of beer, or 12.7ml of wine.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family such as Chamomile, Echinacea, etc.
