Directions: Adults and children 2 years and older: Take 2-4 capsules, 1-3 times a day (max. of 12 capsules/day).

- To prevent the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea, treat symptoms of acute diarrhea, reduce risk of travelerҒs diarrhea, take 4 capsules daily.
- To reduce the risk of travelers diarrhea, start 5 days prior to the trip and continue through the entire duration.
- For children 6 years and under, open the capsule and add the content to food or beverage.
- In all cases, if you are on antifugual(s), take at leat 2-3 hours before or after. Can be taken at the same time as antibiotics.
Caution: Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days.
