5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is a compound made in the body from the amino acid, tryptophan, that you get from eating protein-rich foods.     Great product

    I love this gentle cleanser, smells nice, very light scent and great for sensitive skin. Gets makeup off too. Works on mature and young skin - my teen daughter likes it too. Good value too. Some cleansers are double and triple the price but not as good
