Q: What is Finlandia's new loyalty program?

A: Finlandia Health Store's new loyalty program is called Love Yourself and it is designed to reward our loyal customers with exclusive benefits and discounts.

Our new program allows you to earn points for every dollar spent both in-store and online. We have combined our loyalty programs into a single unified platform.

Q: How do I earn points?

A: You can earn 1 point for every dollar spent at Finlandia Health Store. Once you have accumulated 300 points, you can redeem them for a $15 discount on your next purchase, with a minimum purchase of $45.

Q: How can I sign up for Finlandia's new loyalty program?

A: You can sign up for our loyalty program by either visiting our store or online. Signing up for our Rewards Program is easy and free! All you need to do is create a Finlandia Account. Once you've created an account, simply click the purple 'Rewards' button on the bottom left side of our website to start earning! 

Q: What changes have been made to the loyalty program?

A: Now our customer can earn points both In-Store and Online. Before we had a separate program for Online and In-Store.      

Q: What happens to my current online points*?

A: We have divided the current online customer points by 5. However, the redemptions amount will remain the same.

*In-Store customer points are not affected by this transition. You may notice an increase in your in-store reward balance. This is because we have recently combined our online and in-store points on one platform, which means that all of your points earned from both channels are now visible in one place.

This is a result of our ongoing efforts to enhance your rewards program experience and make it easier for you to track and redeem your rewards points. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q: Why have the points been divided by 5?

A: The points have been divided by 5 to simplify the program and make it easier for customers to understand their reward options.

Q: Will I lose any points due to this change?

A: No, you will not lose any points due to this change. Your redemption value still remains the same. The only change is that your point balance will be divided by 5.
