I'm using this product and brand at my naturopath's advice. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it is. A lot of liquid supplements need to be shaken and still can have an inconsistent mixture. It also tastes very good! I put it in my coffee and really enjoy it, which is unusual for me, since I usually hate to put anything in my coffee!
