Advice to Use
• Adults 19+: Start with 2 g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 4 g (2 teaspoons) daily
• May be taken with meals or on an empty stomach
• Dissolve in a small amount of water before drinking
• With hot water, allow approximately 30 seconds for activation; with cold water, allow approximately 30 minutes
• The dose may be taken all at once or divided throughout the day.
