I am sorry to have to report that within a few days of taking the recommended dose, my blood pressure soared into the high 190s over the high 90s and I had to stop taking them. It has taken well over a week to start to come down to more normal levels, just today and I still have a ways to go to get back to normal.

I stopped taking the Gastromend caps and in a few days, my blood pressure was back to normal. I guess that I might have had a reaction to the licorice extract in the ingredients. That was my experience with the Gastromend caps. Also, I took the recommended dosage that was on the bottle. Sorry, 0 stars
