Canadian orders subtotaling $160 or more (before taxes and after any discounts) FREE Expedited (CAN) Shipping. 

WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS OUTSIDE OF CANADA.

It is highly recommended to choose the Express Post shipping option when purchasing probiotics, to ensure the quality of the product. Delivery days do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

All orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders over $500

Orders totalling $500 or more may be asked to provide photo identification to match the credit card information. We will send an email requesting a fax or scan to email of the credit card and matching photo identification. Customers failing to provide this information will have their orders cancelled and refunded. A processing fee will apply.
