How returns work at Finlandia

      Returning a product? Use the form below — whatever the reason. It covers a change of mind, the wrong item, a broken or missing seal, damaged packaging, an expired product, a quality concern, or a side effect / adverse reaction.

      What happens after you submit:

      1. Our team reviews your request.
      2. We contact you to confirm the details and arrange the outcome — a refund, store credit, or replacement.
      3. Please keep the product and its original packaging until we've been in touch.

      For health and safety reasons, opened products and items with a broken seal cannot be resold — but you may still qualify for a refund or credit, and this form helps us decide. If you had a side effect, your report also lets us notify Health Canada's Canada Vigilance Program. Everything you share is kept strictly confidential under PIPEDA / BC PIPA. Fields marked * are required.
