Who Can Redeem on This Page

This page is intended for Finlandia Loyalty members whose accounts had fewer than 300 reward points as of December 31, 2025.

Members with 300 points or more are eligible to redeem $15 off an in-store purchase of $45 or more.

Please refer to the communication provided for your membership tier, as this page does not apply to your account.

What you'll receive

How it works

1. Submit the redemption form on the next page (takes about 1 minute).
2. Receive a confirmation email within minutes from members@finlandiahealth.com acknowledging your request.
3. Our team verifies your point balance against our loyalty system (1–2 business days).
4. Receive your $10 voucher by email with a unique discount code and scannable barcode. Use it online or at the till in-store.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

Once your points are verified and your e-voucher is issued, it will be subject to the following terms:

• $10 off with a minimum purchase of $90.
• Valid until December 31, 2026.
• No cash value; not redeemable for cash.
• One-time use only; cannot be reused or reissued once redeemed.
• Non-refundable; the $10 value will not be reinstated in the event of a return or exchange.
• If an order using this e-voucher is returned (in whole or in part), the refund will be issued as store credit only, with no portion refunded to the original payment method.
• Store credit issued from a voucher return has no expiry date and can be used at any time on a future Finlandia purchase.

By submitting the redemption form below, you acknowledge and accept these terms. This is a promotional offer and carries no cash value.

Before you submit

• Have the email and phone number on file with your Finlandia membership ready.
• Submit only once — duplicate requests will be merged or removed.
• The voucher email will arrive at the email address you provide on the form. Please check spam if you don't see it within 2 business days.

Privacy: The information you submit is used only to verify your loyalty balance and issue your voucher. All data is handled in accordance with PIPEDA / BC PIPA and is never shared with third parties.
