Use this form to register your company with Finlandia as a new partner and share the essentials we need to set you up — all in one place.

It begins by asking how you work with Finlandia — as a brand/vendor, a supplier, or both — and then shows only the sections relevant to you. Brand owners can list one or several brands; distributors can list the vendors and brands they carry. You will not be asked for individual product details at this stage.

Any information you provide is treated as confidential and used solely for internal business purposes. Fields marked * are required.

Before you submit

Having these ready will make the form quick to complete:

• Your legal company name and tax / business registration numbers
• Your brand name(s) — or, if you distribute, the vendors/brands you carry
• Key contacts (sales, accounts, owner)
• Payment preference and terms
• Any certificates / site licence / COA to upload (up to 10 files, 10 MB each)
