Suggested Use
Boil 2 liters of filtered water. Remove from heat and add one tea bag. Cover and let sit for 6–8 hours. Pour into container and refrigerate. Sweeten or add lemon if desired. Leave tea bags in container until consumed. This package contains a one-month supply (64 servings, 2 cups per day).
Dosage: Drink 2 cups (500ml) per day. You may drink more or less if desired. Do not reheat. Serve and drink cold or at room temperature.
