Advice to Use
- For muscle pain: Apply a thin layer to affected areas 3 times daily for up to 2 weeks
- Adults may apply 4–5 times daily if needed
- For minor wound healing: Apply once daily for up to 7 days and cover with a sterile dressing
- Children 3–12 years should use under adult supervision

Allergy Information

- Contains rosemary essential oil and glycol salicylate which may cause sensitivity in some individuals

Warnings
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
- Do not apply with external heat sources
- Not intended for deep wounds, puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns
- If symptoms worsen or persist after 7 days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner
