Advice to Use
Application:
Apply one patch to a clean, dry, and hairless area of the skin, such as the upper arm or torso.
Press firmly for about 10 seconds to ensure adherence.
Wash hands thoroughly after application.
Duration:
Wear the patch for 24 hours.
If you experience vivid dreams or sleep disturbances, remove the patch at bedtime and apply a new one in the morning.
Program:
Step 3 is intended for use after completing Steps 1 (21 mg) and 2 (14 mg) of the NICODERM® program.
Use one patch daily for 2 weeks as the final step in the 8-week smoking cessation program.
