How it works
Bing cherries contain multiple nutrients that provide anti-inflammatory and anti-aging benefits. As anti-inflammatory agents, anthocyanins in cherries naturally inhibit the enzymes cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 that are responsible for inflammation.These enzymes play a key role in the production of inflammatory compounds called prostaglandins.
