Advice to Use
• Adults: Take 1 capsule daily at or before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner
• For jet lag: Take 1 capsule at bedtime while traveling and until adapted to the new time zone or schedule
• Do not drive or operate machinery for at least 5 hours after taking melatonin.
