Recommended Use:
Traditionally used in herbal medicine to aid digestion and to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia.
Duration of Use:
For occasional use only. If symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
Recommended Dose:
Adults: 4ml 3-4 times/day
Take 15-20 minutes before meals.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding,if you have a peptic ulcer, gallstones, a gall-bladder disease, excess stomach acid, a bleeding disorder, asthma, constipation, a gastro-intestinal disorder, or iron deficient anaemia.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
Contraindications:
Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, or to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family, if you are pregnant, if you have a bile duct or intestinal obstruction, or if you have hypokalemia, anaemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, or if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation, and stomach or duodenal ulcers, or if you have allergies to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates, or if you have heard disease, low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes, or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet), or if you are taking products containing diuretics.
Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications with may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
Known Adverse Reactions:
May cause nausea or abdominal complaints, in which case discontinue use. See a doctor immediately if you develop dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat, or difficulty breathing.
