SUGGESTED USE
RECOMMENDED ADULT DOSE: Take 3 tablespoons 3 times daily. Dilute with an equal amount of hot water, sip slowly. This product contains mucilaginous mushroom polysaccharides, shake bottle well before use.

Keep refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within 3 weeks. This product contains neither alcohol nor preservatives. Therefore, this bottle must be returned to the refrigerator after use to preserve the product and prevent its fermentation. Store at room temperature before opening. Keep out of reach of children.
CAUTIONS: Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you: 1) are breastfeeding 2) have gallstones, diabetes, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, kidney disease or a history of kidney stones. For occasional use only. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs, or if you develop gastrointestinal irritation or diarrhea. Maintain adequate fluid intake throughout the day.
