What's better about the liquid form is that it's absorbed more readily than the gel caps and it lasts way longer :)

I love this product. It gives me all the omega 3 I need and is light enough to use on salad or bread as a base.the lemon flavour would probably make it ok just to take in a teaspoon. I already use UDO’s DHA on salad but this is lovely and light and I don’t feel guilty about a dressing.
