Soap is a salt - An acid and a base react with one another and neutralize into salt in which we call soap. Handmade soaps are manufactured with fats or oils (the acid), sodium hydroxide (the base) and water (the solvent). At Alberta Natural Products, we make cold process soap without complex chemical additives or animal by-products, like beef tallow.
Our Soap Ingredients
We use a combination of plant based oils that make the perfect bar. It produces a hard long lasting bar that look, smell and feels great on skin. Our soaps create lots of suds with a silky lather that doesn’t melt in the soap dish!

Olive, palm, and coconut oil
Natural colouring from plants and minerals
Essential oils for body therapy and scent
Sodium hydroxide
Purified water
