Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Sucrose, purified water, elderberry fruit extract, citric acid monohydrate, modified corn starch, medium chain triglycerides, potassium sorbate. Free of lactose, gluten and added colouring.
Advice to use
Mix one dose into hot water and drink.
Adults (15 years and older), including pregnant and breastfeeding women:

Preventive-Car-e: Take 5 mL, twice daily.

Acute Health-Wellness-Car-e: Take 5 mL, 3-4 times daily.
Children (10-14 years): Take 2.5 mL, 3 times daily.
Children (5-9 years): Take 2.5 mL, twice daily.
Children (2-4 years): Take 2.5 mL, once daily.
Duration of Use
Consult a healthcare professional if using it for more than 4 months. Shake well before use.
Store below 25°C. After opening, refrigerate and use within one month.
Warnings
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have an autoimmune disorder, are taking immunosuppressants, or have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukemia, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, or HIV infection.
Hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) may occur; discontinue use if this happens.
Avoid use if you are allergic to the Asteraceae/Compositae (daisy) family or any ingredients in the product. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if the security cap is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
