Special Orders

Finlandia has a unique department called "Special Orders Department". We are able to order in any product not found on our website (or in our database) IF we have a supplier for it.

Managed by our online store, we will try our best to order in products that we do not carry in the store or on the website. We can order different sizes and products than what we advertise for (in-store and online) - email us today!

Our online staff are happy to try and get a product from a particular vendor we can order from! We are not able to get everything in but we will try our best for you :)


  • How can I contact you?

    Our email address is or by phone at 1-866-872-0989. We are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

  • How long does this take?

    It depends on which vendor we are ordering from, our ordering schedule with this vendor and the transit time from the vendor. It usually takes between 1 to 2 weeks for the item to arrive once your order is processed and paid for.

  • Do special orders have to be pre-paid?

    Yes. All special order items must be prepaid before we will order the item. The order must be processed through our online store and will require a credit card or PayPal account.

  • What does the process look like?

    Email us your product inquiry - we will email you within 2 business days - sometimes it may take longer as we need to contact our vendors first. Once you have received an email confirmation that we can order the product - we will send you a link to order the product on the website. If you would prefer to order over the phone, this is possible but will take longer.

  • Can I special order homeopathics?

    At this time, we are able to order in a single remedy tube in pellet form, no custom multi-remedy formulas (no custom liquid remedies at all, even single remedy liquids). We require an email with the remedy name and potency for the homeopathic order, no exceptions to this.
