Genmaicha made by DÅMatcha® uses a proprietary blend of organic genmai (roasted rice), organic Tencha leaves and organic Matcha, creating an extremely smooth tasting, aromatic green tea with a delightfully nutty flavour. Most Genmaicha tea uses lower quality bancha leaves making for a bitter taste. However, DÅMatcha®Ê¼s Organic Genmaicha uses only Tencha, offering sweetness and an extremely smooth ï¬nish, enhanced with the powerhouse of Matcha. Our tetra shaped teabags, made from cornstarch, are used for a premium quality brew, releasing more nutrients and flavour over traditional teabags.
