How to see your purchase history
- Go to Your Account.
- Sign in with your Email and password. If you don't have an account with Finlandia, you can create one by clicking this link: Create an Account
- On the Account Information page, you should be able to see all your In-Store and Online purchases under the "My Orders"
To view additional details and list of products, you can do that by clicking on "View Orders" as shown in the screenshot below:

Q: How can I view my recent in-store purchases with Finlandia Health Store?
A: If you made a purchase in-store and provided your email to sign-up for our Loyalty Program, your purchase will automatically be added to your account. You can log in to your account using the same email (as provided in-store) on our website to view your recent in-store purchases.
Q: How can I view my recent online purchases with Finlandia Health Store?
A: If you made a purchase online, you should receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Additionally, you can log in to your account on our website to view your order history and recent online purchases.
Q: What information do I need to view my recent purchases?
A: You will need to log in to your online account on our website using your email address and password. If you haven't created an account yet, you can do so by visiting our website or clicking this link: Create an Account.
Q: Can I view my purchase history if I didn't provide my email for loyalty program at the time of purchase?
A: Unfortunately, if you didn't signup for our loyalty program at the time of purchase, we won't be able to add your purchase to your account history. However, you can still view your online order history if you made the purchase online.
